National Psychosocial Support Measure (NPSM)

Our NPSM program offers one-to-one coaching and group activities that support recovery through learning new strategies and skills, including:

• Identifying individual strengths
• Improving social skills
• Connecting with family or with the community
• Managing daily living needs
• Maintaining physical wellbeing
• Support in accessing services
• Building broader life skills including confidence and resilience
• Exploring the NDIS

Psychosocial Support Program (PSP)

Our PSP program offers intensive support for adults suffering severe and persistent mental illness. Additionally, this program provides:

• Ongoing support to those clients who previously received services under the PIR and PHaMs programs who have been deemed ineligible for the NDIS
• Supporting new clients, who may be having difficulty accessing or applying for the NDIS
• Assistance in engaging with appropriate services and supports

Low Intensity Mental Health Service (LIMHS)

Quick Steps to Recovery is a short-term, early intervention mental health service that aims to work with people who are feeling unwell, increasingly stressed or are starting to struggle with day-to-day activities. This program will focus on the persons immediate needs, identifying strengths and achievement of goals.
